Back in the 1920’s the Baldivis area was one of the State Government’s Group Settlement schemes. The name Baldivis was given by local settlers after the three ships that brought them to Western Australia in 1922, the Balranald, the Diogenes and the Jervis Bay.
These days Baldivis is a thriving established community with a relaxed country feel. There’s a reason for everyone to love life in Baldivis. Whether it’s the big trees and country air, the landscaped parks and convenient shopping, or simply the relaxed lifestyle and simple pleasures of a tranquil rural community that’s just 30 minutes from the city.
| Ideally situated, Baldivis North provides easy access to the new regional shopping centre and is right next door to the local school and community centre. |
